This seminar,“Planning Well for Excellent Beginnings," has helped hundreds of educators improve the academic achievement of their students.


THE MISSION of this Leadership Seminar is to train school leaders and their selected teams (three to five persons) to lead consistently high achieving schools and to view excellent education as a necessity for transforming children’s lives.

SCHOOL LEADERS AND THEIR TEAMS, before school opens, participate in an intense two-day seminar led by international educators and authors Dr. Lorraine Monroe and Dr. Lonnetta M. Gaines.

PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN effective techniques for leading excellent schools that focus on student achievement. Unique aspects of the techniques include:
  • School-wide planning strategies 
  • The Blackboard Configuration – a technique for improving
    planning, teaching, and learning 
  • Informal and formal observations of teachers
  • Specific techniques for helping students ace standardized tests
  • Specific day-one activities that set tone and focus for students and staff
Seminar Rate: $1,200.00 for the 1st registrant
and $500.00 for each additional registrant

Meals and seminar materials are included (Housing not included)
