| Over the past 10 years the LMLI/Monroe doctrine has been tried and proven effective at all levels of public and private school education, in New York City, as well as, in many other cities throughout the United States and abroad. The LMLI/Monroe doctrine for the perpetuation of academic and school excellence has not been limited to just elementary and secondary education, but it has also affected the success of college and university students as well at Harvard University, Bank Street College of Education, and Teacher’s College at Columbia University just to name a few. Many of the leaders from past seminars return each year with different members of their school faculties and leadership action teams to ensure that the LMLI/Monroe practices are learned and practiced school wide. Why not open wide the possibilities for the success of your students and school by joining Dr. Monroe and Dr. Gaines for 2 days of educational and inspirational enrichment. | |
|
THE MISSION of this Leadership Seminar is to train school leaders and their selected teams (three to five persons) to lead consistently high achieving schools and to view excellent education as a necessity for transforming children’s lives.
SCHOOL LEADERS AND THEIR TEAMS, before school opens, participate in an intense two-day seminar led by international educators and authors Dr. Lorraine Monroe and Dr. Lonnetta M. Gaines.
PARTICIPANTS WILL LEARN effective techniques for leading excellent schools that focus on student achievement. Unique aspects of the techniques include: |
- School-wide planning strategies
